Developments in technology and communication and accordingly the transformations in social and cultural structure cause significant changes in economic life. Businesses, which are the most important elements of the economy, are looking for employees who have the skills and equipment to respond to their different needs and easily adapt to the conditions of the day.

As Istanbul Esenyurt University, Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, Department of Business Administration, we know the qualities and characteristics of human capital demanded in line with the human resource requirements of businesses. Our mission is to train operators who will realize sustainability, are compatible with the working conditions of the world and the country, open to innovation and change, and have a flexible structure.

With this awareness, as a requirement of our responsibility to create, develop and equip the human capital in our area of ​​interest, we have differentiated our business program from other programs to some extent. We also took into account the globalizing world, national and local conditions, and the economic and financial crises experienced. In addition to the theoretical knowledge, we provide our students with the practical knowledge and experience they will need in the sector after graduation with our large staff of educators who have experience in different fields of business administration.

With the contributions of our academic staff and relevant student clubs, our students, who are the managers of the future, have the chance to get to know these people and institutions, and to learn about the expectations and wishes of the business world, through our relations with the leading names and institutions of the business and economy world.

Within the scope of this program, our aim and aim is to train graduates equipped with the most advanced and up-to-date professional and cultural knowledge, who can consciously monitor globalized and increasingly complex capital movements, and evaluate international economic relations in a risk and crisis environment. Our graduates will find job opportunities in banking and finance, marketing and production, human resources, accounting and auditing, management and organization. In addition, our graduates are given information about entrepreneurship in establishing and managing their own businesses. Considering these goals and consciously graduating with social responsibility awareness, our graduates will find a more advantageous position in the business field than their competitors.

Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate from this program, students must; All courses, applications, internships and similar studies in the curriculum must be successfully completed with a weighted grade point average of at least (2.00).

Occupational Profile of Graduates

Graduates of the Department of Business Administration can work in all kinds of companies operating in the international arena, foreign trade, banking and financial institutions, public institutions and non-governmental organizations, local and regional commercial organizations, chambers of commerce, etc. are employed in professional organizations.

Transition to Higher Degree Programs

Those who successfully complete the undergraduate program of this department can apply for a master's and/or doctorate in the same department, as well as to graduate programs in some other fields. Candidates who have completed their undergraduate education can study in graduate programs, provided that they get a valid grade in the ALES exam, have sufficient English language knowledge and pass the science exam.
